There are a variety of ways in which we can all donate money to St Mary's. Our parish church needs regular income in order to meet its regular outgoings. However, all donations are greatly appreciated.

You can give as follows:

Parish Giving Scheme: This is our preferred method. It is safe and under your control. This is a direct debit scheme - you choose when your money leaves your account. You can review your giving at any time. Please ring 03330 002 1260 option 1 to set up or speak to our Treasurer for further information. All you need is our Parish Ref which is 140614077 and your personal details and your bank account details. The advantage is that they can give you an option to inflation-proof your giving. If you are able to gift aid they deal with that for us on a monthly basis.

Standing Order: We are moving away from standing orders. Once set up they are easy to forget and can fall behind the real value of money very easily. A regular payment from your bank account into the St Mary's Linton account (201719 90389277). This can be made weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually to suit your circumstances and can be gift aided if appropriate.

Weekly Giving Envelopes: Commit to giving a fixed amount each week, receive a set of envelope which can be put in the collection when you come to Church. Giving this way can be gift aided too.

Good box: The Church has recently acquired a card reader to enable card donations. Look out for it at the back of Church during services.

Loose plate collections: All of our collections at services provide valuable income to the Church.

Faster Payments: To make a payment direct from your bank account to ours please use St Marys Church Linton P C C 201719 90389277.

Give as you Live:  To donate every time you shop, go to the website Give as you live. Follow the "sign up" instructions and choose St Mary's, Linton as the charity.

Legacies: Have you considered how St Mary's will be funded in the future? One way to ensure our church and its mission in the community continues is to leave a legacy to St Marys Church Linton P C C in your will.

For all giving however small or infrequent if you are a taxpayer then please complete a gift aid form so we can recover the tax paid.

Our Church Treasurer is always happy to discuss confidentially all giving to the Church to find the best way for each individual. She also has the paperwork for the different ways of giving.  Our Church Treasurer is Sue Ellis and can be contacted on 01223 892257 or sue.ellis@stmaryslinton.org.uk
